Welcome to the Hanover Family Health Team

 Please see below for important information and links about COVID 19:

The Hanover Family Health Team values the safety of our patients and staff. Due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID 19) all Family Health Team group programs are cancelled until further notice. Some staff will be working from home and booked counselling sessions will be done virtually or by phone. The remaining Family Health Team staff will be working at the Hanover Medical Clinic until further notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Thanks to Marathon Family Health Team for sharing this education tool.  Please remember if you are unable to effectively self isolate from family members as described then they too will need to be on self isolation precautions (not just social distancing). If you continue to have symptoms after the 14 day period is over, please continue self isolating for 48-72hrs after your symptoms completely resolve.


Established in 2011, the Hanover Family Health Team (HFHT) is a group of specialized health care professionals working together to coordinate the highest level of patient care possible. Specifically constructed based on the needs in our area and to close gaps in service, our mission is simple – improve the overall health and quality of life for individuals living within our community.

Friday             8:30am – 4:00pm

Saturday        CLOSED

Sunday           CLOSED

The Family Health Team is closed on statutory holidays.
